This is an invitation to slow down and deeply connect with yourself, nature and the seasons. Exploring the practices of yoga, meditation and journaling can help us prioritise what it is we need to live our lives with ease. Release what no longer serves us and nourish what is important.

Situated in the Avebury World Heritage site, The Farm at Avebury is our retreat venue. The beautifully converted barn is a wonderful space for yoga and the ultimate in relaxation luxury.

All retreat days are different but always feature an extended yoga masterclass, pranayama (breathing practice), use of essential oils and a long meditative walk around the Avebury landscape, all suiting the the time of year. Plus plenty of quality, quiet time. Printed meditations questions will help us reflect on the past and set our intentions for the time ahead. Feel free to bring pen and paper in case you feel inspired to write things on the day or take your questions home to revisit things in your own time.
