Retreat Cancellation policy
When booking a retreat please note that we can only provide a full refund (less a £30 admin fee) for cancellations made more than one month before the start date. For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list, in which case we will refund your payment (less a £30 fee).
One Day Retreats reserves the right to cancel any bookings that are deemed unsuitable or inappropriate. Every retreat can facilitate a minimum of 5 and maximum of 12 people, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat if less than 5 people have booked. If a retreat is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.
Unfortunately One-Day Retreats can not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or transport problems, injuries or illness) that lead to the participant being unable to attend the scheduled retreat.
